Irion, the manufacturer of Starline 316L stainless steel yacht hardware, has 30 years of experience in the marine fabrication field.

Specializing in the design and manufacturing of stainless steel marine products, Irion has been operating since 1972. In order to continue to meet the growing demand, in 1986 we underwent a major expansion which involved moving to our present facility and nearly tripling the number of skilled craftsmen we employ.

We can take any stainless steel project from conception to completion. Our work is both beautiful and functional, whether it is the soft flowing lines of a Starline chair or the muscle bound power of our anchor rollers

The full line of Starline Yacht Accessories is fabricated from highly polished oval and round 316L stainless steel. Our projects start in our design department on our Auto-Cad program. We then begin the fabrication with tubing that is built to our specifications by mills in the USA.

Our Craftsmen use computer benders and custom made dyes to form the tubing into artistic shapes that become Starline wheels and furniture From there, the pieces move to our skilled and experienced welders, some with over 30 years of experience in the stainless steel yacht hardware field. The tubes are TIG welded with 316L rod. These welds are then hand ground using a proprietary method until they are no longer visible. The product is then polished and buffed to the mirror finish that Starline is famous for!

All of our tubing is manufactured in the United States from 316L Stainless Steel. Our work can be found on world class by Crescent Custom Yachts ,West Ba y SonShip, Richmond Yachts, Seaforth Marine, Rayburn Motor Yachts to name only a few!
